not pay for you to succeed because they buy their shakes and powders and subscribe to their magazines. If you reach your goal of

losing weight, then companies would lose custom. These articles are not for weight loss for the normal person concerned about

their weight goal. They are designed to help you to a point, so you would already be a customer and buy more products that they

propose.

eat well, exercise well, and feel good.

Stay away from food advertising low-fat, fat free and sugar free. Artificial sugar in any diet drinks, etc., not only our bodies
