The successful applicants main responsibilities will be:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Design and Release projects from initial concept to final production
- Facilitate continuous improvement and cost reduction activitiesamong cross functional teams
- Lead and coordinate the activities of a cross functional project team including CAD, CAE, supplier management, manufacturing, purchasing, program office and development
- Benchmark technologies and systems to deliver ?best in class? products
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in a technical field, have proven experience in automotive design and release; proven communication, training and presentation skills; the ability to work under pressure and in a diverse team; anddemonstrate project and program management experience; experience as part of a Total Cost Team or TVM would be highly regarded.
